Take one learning experience and change one thing. Either the “where” your learning happens. (Take your students outside for reading, or into the gym for math.), or change posture. (Have students standing and solving math problems on the walls of the classroom. Or have discussions in small groups on the floor.)
Then notice their engagement, comfort, etc. Did you feel compelled to redirect or re-focus? Ask them how it felt.
