Our curriculum guide is a compilation of our most popular/frequently ordered items. Our families have enjoyed success with the curriculum on this guide as these items were designed for home use and our consultants are experienced in how to effectively teach with these materials and answer any questions that arise. If you would like curriculum that is not on the guide, please complete the Curriculum Request Form and the Options Staff will review the purchase through our curriculum adoption process.
Step 1
Fill out Options Program Enrollment Forms:

An Options staff member will contact you to set up a parent/student/teacher meeting.
Step 2
Fill out Reardan Edwall registration forms:
New to district registration form
Health Registration Form (if not done on Skyward)

After Step 1 and Step 2 are complete, fill out curriculum request form:
