Note:
If the loan is not paid off during the promotional period, interest will be calculated on the original balance from date of booking and added to the loan balance. After the expiration of the promotional period, the borrower(s) will be charged an interest rate of 14.99% until paid in full.

Note: If applicant states they have a credit freeze/lock, please advise them to remove before applying as this will delay decisioning

Instant Approval

  • Credit Scores: 680+ while meeting Underwriting Standards

  • DTI: Up to 55% (Unsecured) and up to 60% (Secured)

Pending

  • Credit Scores: 650 – 679

Instant Decline

  • Credit Scores: 649 and below

Home Ownership

Applicant(s) must be legal owner of property where work is being completed

Primary Residence:
Rental / Vacation Properties (reviewed on exception basis)

Homes listed in a trust or LLC are eligible for Credit Human Loans

Verification Required

If we are unable to validate home ownership through the local appraisal district or land records, which typically occurs if the home was recently purchased or built, we will require the HUD statement from closing

Dealer Employees are ineligible for Credit Human Loans

Credit Human

Loan Documents

  • Once an application is approved, Credit Human will send out loan documents via DocuSign

  • The dealer will receive an email once documents have been completed, and this can also be verified in the Financing Portal

Mobile Homes

Mobile homes are handled on a one-off basis. The applicant must own the home and land, and the LTV can’t exceed 100%. 

Change Orders

If you need to make changes to an approved loan, send an email to our underwriting team:

  • Subject line of email should read “Change Order”:

  • Body of the email:
    – Include customer’s name and application ID
    – Include reason for change request

  • For loan increases, we will send new loan documents to your customer
