• Solar Related (at least 55% of the total loan)

• Modules, inverters, racking, balance of system (BOS)

• Batteries

• Main panel upgrades (MPU)

• Tree trimming & removal

• Structural reinforcement to support the solar

• Roofing

• EV Charger

• Energy Management System (EMS) or Smart Panel

• Other items needed to support an effective solar installation

Home Improvements Unrelated to Solar

Up to 45% of the loan amount can be used to finance home improvements unrelated to solar, including:

• HVAC

• Generator

• Insulation

• Water heater
