Concerns may be related to ADHD, anxiety, depression, social skills, family conflict, self-regulation and have a mild impact on life functioning such as difficulty focusing, lack of regulation, minor conflicts or worrying.

*PerformCare is the single point of access to a wide array of behavioral health, intellectual and developmental disability services as well as substance use treatment for youth and families throughout New Jersey.
Same concerns from our first level of care but can include, but not limited to self-injury, risk of harm to self or others, psychosis, anger/rage and have a moderate impact on life function such as moderate difficulties in a setting, unable to self-regulate, academic performance impacted and/or prior counseling attempted.
Intenstive Outpatient Program
(IOP 3-4x/week 3 hours/day)
Partial Hospitalization
(Daily; Education Service provided)
This would include students who are an imminent danger to self and others and there is a significant impact on life functioning such as inability to be at home, expressing suicidal or homicidal thoughts or intent, engaged in serious self-injury and/or hallucinations or loss of reality.
