In a 2000 report, The National Reading Panel identified five key areas that are critical to effective reading instruction. The Reading Allowed Resource Library is organized according to "The Big Five": Phonemic Awareness, Phonics, Fluency, Vocabulary, and Comprehension. As we acquire resources, we will house them on this site for the reference and use of Reading Allowed tutors.
