Create a new Google Sites page called “1005 – Assignment 1“
Research information on the Elements and Principles of Design:
Elements: Line, Tone, Colour, Texture, Shape, Form, Size, Space
Principles: Balance, Emphasis, Proportion, Repetition, Unity, Contrast, Proximity

You must describe, explain and give examples of 4 Elements of Design, 4 Principles of Design as well as Typography in Photography
Define each and explain how they are used to describe/develop/impact photographs
Must include 2 example photographs for each element and principle.

3. Find 3 examples of ‘good’ composition (3 photographs you think look good) and 2 examples of poor composition (2 photographs you think look bad) on the internet and include a short explanation of why they are good or bad in your own words. You MUST use 2 elements and 2 principles in EACH of your write-ups to explain.

Create a new page called “1005 – Assignment #3“
You must take five photographs which are examples of good Composition, keeping the elements and principles of design in mind.
The criteria for the photos are:
Portrait
Landscape
Odd angle
Action shot
Group shot
Provide a write-up which describes how you used 2 different elements & 2 different principles for each of your own designs.
