The Technology Department is available to support families who might experience issues with Chromebooks or have technology problems.
If a student experiences an issue with a Chromebook, the student should try some simple at-home troubleshooting steps such as:
-- Restart the device
-- Hold the power button for 30 seconds
-- Power on using the power cord
-- Let the Chromebook battery die or fully discharge
-- Leave the Chromebook plugged in overnight
Additionally, your student’s Chromebook may need repairs or you may encounter a technology problem with a password, login or Wi-Fi issue. Please follow the process outlined below for Chromebook repairs and technology support.
Please contact the Armstrong Media Center in person or at 763-504-2606 for support.
If you need further help, please call our technology department at 763-504-4925. Please note, as students across the United States engage in distance learning, online learning platforms may have periodic disruptions and/or outages in service.
