Hennepin County-Coordinated Entry Homeless Assistance:
Assessment changes with St. Stephen's Human Services family assessors will be conducting assessments. If you are working with a family that is eligible for Coordinated Entry, continue to contact Front Door Social Services at 612-348-4111 to set up an assessment.

Salvation Army: bus cards and gas cards.
Transit Assistance Program (TAP) : $1 dollar bus fare.
The Lift Garage: very low cost auto repair.
Metro Mobility: rides for those who are disabled and cannot ride the bus.
