Open up the Calm app or website linked above. Students can create a free account.
Here are the steps to access free content:
1. Open up the Headspace App and create a username and password. Students can use the free account that is automatically given without any need of payment information.
2. On the bottom of the screen, click on the explore Icon.
3. The first section to show will be "Weathering the storm". Click on this section.
