Students in grades 9-12
Trained in Restorative language, circle keeping, and mediation
Bi-weekly meetings with RocRestorative adult mentors and trainers
Help Zone helpers during free periods and lunches
Opportunities to attend additional trainings, overnight community building trips, symposiums, and retreats
Leaders asked to speak at conventions and trainings for adults in the district and/or facilitate circles with adults
Opportunities to meet and work with prominent authors in the field
Students in grades 7 and 8
Students are introduced to restorative language and practices, strengthening their understanding through training and role playing
Students practice utilizing peace circles to build community and repair harm, familiarizing themselves with the basic principles and procedures of circle
Students participate in and lead various community building activities
Students attend a training to become Restorative Peers
Opportunities to attend additional trainings, community building trips, symposiums, and retreats
Opportunities to meet and work with prominent authors in the field
Students can talk to any of the following adults to get involved with Restorative, or they can be recommended by any adult in the building.
