The mission of the Rochester City School Library System is to foster a community of learning & literacy that promotes attainment of life-long learning skills necessary for the 21st Century. 

We do this by:

• Providing access to quality instructional resources such as the library catalog, eBooks, Research Resources, and Educational Multimedia. 

• Providing instruction and programming that is focused on learning and literacy.
