The IBERO Family Service Assistant (FSA) program builds partnerships with East families to support scholars' academic needs. Family Service Assistants work with families to strengthen home-school connections, develop parent leadership skills, and gain access to community resources. Goal plans are created for each participating family that support the unique strengths and needs of each scholar.
