Requests for performances and/or artwork

If you are interested in having a school or district group perform for your event, please submit an email to Dominic Pickard and Becky Fox highlighting your specific request along with details about the event.

If you are interested in having student artwork to support your event, please submit an email to Dominic Pickard and Regina Maier highlighting your specific request along with details about the event.

All requests for student performances and/ or artwork should be submitted 90 days in advance of your event. Requests for Summer, September, and October should be made by May 1st to ensure schools are able to secure the students and/or artwork requested. Please note that there is no guarantee that your requests can be accommodated, but every effort will be made to do so in accordance with the proper timeline.
