Jane Goodall is a world-famous scientist who loves animals, especially chimpanzees. She was born in England in 1934 and dreamed of traveling to Africa to study animals in the wild. Jane spent many years observing chimpanzees in their homes in the forest, learning how they live, play, and care for each other. Her discoveries showed that animals are smart and have feelings, just like people! Today, Jane teaches everyone how to protect animals and the environment, inspiring kids all over the world to care for nature.
