Every student will receive a copy of the College and Career Transition Guide. The assignments for Lessons 1-8 will be completed or notated on the guide. The Transition Guide has 2 Parts:

• Part 1: All Students (9-12) 

• Part 2: Seniors (12) Only 

Calendar the topics. Review the Lesson Plan Overview. Deliver the lessons (Presentations & Rubrics). 

• Lessons # 1-8: College and Career Transition

  • • Hours: 10

• Lessons # 9-12: Financial Literacy

  • • Hours: 5

Once you have delivered Lesson # 8, Career Research & Reflection, 9-11 grade students will submit Part 1 of the College and Career Transition Guide. 

• 12th Grade Students will complete Part 2 of the College and Career Transition Guide. With each individual student, teachers will review the student's response to discuss how to implement their next steps. 

• 12th Grade Students will keep a copy and the teacher will archive the orginal College and Career Transition Guide. 

• Lessons 9-12 do not require the collection of data. 

Once all students have completed the College and Career Transition Guide, teachers will conduct the Data Collection. 

• The data is reported and reviewed for student outcomes. 

Submit feedback about the process and materials in order to identify areas for improvement.
