Q: What are the final outcomes for students?

A: All students will have a 5-10 year career plan, a digital portfolio, and a personal budget. Seniors will also have a completed Transition Guide that they can use as a roadmap upon graduation.

Q: What if a student misses a day or so of the CCTP instruction?

A: We recommend that you record your instruction and post it to your teacher/class website (i.e. Google Classroom) to allow those absent students to get current.

Q: Can I grade the CCTP activities (i.e. career plan, portfolio, interviewing)?

A: Included with the CCTP resources are rubrics for each activity. The rubrics only identify level of performance and not score. You can assign the value/points to each assignment accordingly.

Q: Does the CCTP replace "soft skills" training or content?

A: The CCTP is specific to career exploration and financial literacy and does not replace existing "soft skills" training or content.

Q: Some lessons of the CCTP refer to The Job Hunting Handbook. How can I acquire a copy or class sets?
