Wilderness First-Aid
The WFA is the perfect course for the outdoor enthusiast or trip leader who wants a basic level of first aid training for short trips with family, friends, and outdoor groups. It also meets the American Camping Association guidelines. Upon successful completion of the course, individuals are awarded a 2 year certification from SOLO.

Kayaking / SUP
The coastal kayaking prepares individuals who intend to lead other paddlers, either recreationally or professionally in coastal environments. This training focuses on leadership and group management.
The programme will enhance participant's technical skills and know-how to plan and implement trips appropriate for a group's abilities.
Rock Climbing
Climbing is an exciting and challenging adventure sport. It involves physical, mental and emotional elements. Skills and knowledge involve basic climbing skills, belaying techniques, tying knots , route finding and assessing risk.
Sharpen and develop Leadership skills while exceeding physical and perceived limits through Rock Climbing.
Overall, the experience was a joy and unforgettable, providing valuable learning opportunities, including First Aid training, which is beneficial for future endeavors, such as aspiring medical studies. The time spent with friends and engaging in activities like rock climbing and football made it a memorable and enjoyable week.
