Summer 2022 Schedule
Start Date: Tuesday, May 31st
Workouts will be held EVERY Monday, Tuesday and Thursday EXCEPT the week of July 4th and will finish the final week of July.
Workouts will include Speed and Agility Training as well as Weight Room Lifting.
Please sign up for the time slot you are planning to attend.
Workout Times:
6am-7:20am - Softball and any other athletes that need an early session
7am-8:20am - High School Males
8am-9:20am - High School Females
9am-10:20am - Junior High Athletes
End of Summer Celebration for Athletes with over 80% Attendance on July 28th. More information will be given this Summer about this event.
The first competition we have to win is the one against ourselves. Making ourselves bigger, faster, stronger is the first step to growing as individuals. When we are all committed our entire athletic program benefits. Put in the work and earn the results!
