Kapit is a classic Kapampangan delicacy known for its chewy, sticky texture and lightly sweet flavor. It is traditionally made with glutinous rice, coconut milk, and sugar, then rolled and topped with langka and latik for added flavor and texture. 

Since Kapit is made fresh with no preservatives, it is best consumed within 1-2 days when stored at room temperature. If refrigerated, it can last up to 3 days. To extend its freshness, refrigerate it in an airtight container and steam or microwave before serving.

Customers have two options to obtain their orders at KAPIT-ALAYA through direct store purchases and ready-for-pickup pre-ordered items. You can also order directly from us through our Facebook page and our Google form attached to this site.
