Perceptual Data (2022-2023 & 2024-2025)
Across both years of perceptual data, our school community continues to prioritize safety, belonging, and collaboration while making steady progress in communication, engagement, and shared leadership. Each stakeholder group, including students, parents, teaching staff, and non-teaching staff, reflected both consistency and growth in key areas, confirming that our district is moving from a foundation that is safe and structured toward one that is connected, responsive, and collaborative.
The 2023–2024 survey results highlight ongoing strengths in emergency preparedness, physical safety, and clear expectations, along with meaningful gains in communication, involvement, and staff leadership opportunities. Continued focus on trust, fairness, and relational belonging will help transform these structural strengths into a deeply rooted, emotionally intelligent school culture where every student and staff member feels seen, heard, and valued.
