Life and parenting gives us challenges that can be difficult to navigate and manage. Remember that at any given moment you are doing the best that you can. While we may have faced changes and challenges; we are strong, resilient and courageous. I am optimistic and believe that with strength and courage to seek help and support we can grow and we can handle almost anything!
Above all, I believe that it is a good recipe to remember to be gentle with yourself and your loved ones and take one day at a time. My recipe continues to be: Practice Patience, Flexibility, and Grace!
We can only ask of ourselves and our children to do the best we can. Our best may look different each day and that is OK!
