Library Mission
The library (IMC) offers a welcoming and supportive environment, where we are committed to ensuring that students graduate as competent and ethical users of information technologies with strong intellectual curiosity and life-long love of reading, learning, and independent thinking.
Library Vision
The library (IMC) is truly the hub of the school, and at the center of its focus is the student. The library is a structured but comfortable and nurturing environment, where the student's rights as a reader and learner are protected. The school library staff works tirelessly to serve the students and the staff, both directly by addressing their specific academic needs and personal interests and also indirectly by providing current and dynamic supplemental materials for use in their teachers' classrooms.
Long Range Library Plan
Our Long Range Library Plan contains goals and objectives to ensure we meet the functions of a Future Ready Library, provide equity in access by embracing the diversity of the world and adhere to the ALA's Library Bill of Rights to the best of our ability.
The Department of Public Instruction has required the creation of a board approved district plan for library services through Wisconsin Administrative Code PI8.01 (2)(h).
