Some of you might have heard all of the things going on with Taylor Swift and just don’t really know about it. If you want to know all the information on events like the Eras Tour, the Taylor’s Version drama, the earthquake that her fans caused, and an update on all of her albums, keep reading!
As most of you know, the Eras Tour is happening right now. The Eras Tour is a Taylor Swift World Tour that features not one album, but 10, making it her “10 Eras” or “The Eras Tour”. This tour will be going on from Fri, Mar 17, 2023 – Sat, Nov 23, 2024. Taylor will be performing in Australia, Europe, Asia, South America, and North America. As of right now, it is scheduled to have over 1.2 million people at the Eras tour in total. In the tour she has a setlist of 44 songs she sings in every concert, including 2 “surprise songs” that are randomly played closer to the end of the concert. Surprise songs could be any song that she has made that she hasn’t already played.
Have you ever been in the car listening to Taylor Swift and you see the words,”(Taylor’s Version)”? Well I am here to explain all of that! In simplest terms, the record company that Taylor wrote her music with didn’t give her a good chance to buy her music. Basically a guy that worked in that record company, Scooter Braun, owned Taylor’s music. Swift wanted her own music, of course, so she made this music again and called it, “Taylor’s Version” so when people would go onto Spotify or Apple Music, they would be supporting Taylor and her version of those songs rather than the other version that the record company took.
Did you know that Taylor Swift Started an earthquake? When she performed a show in Seattle in Lumen Field, and she sang the song, “Shake It Off” her fans were dancing and jumping causing seismic activity, equivalent to a 2.3-magnitude earthquake. I honestly wasn’t that surprised since the Taylor fans are VERY enthusiastic!
