In this I will try my best to talk about every jaeger in Pacific Rim in a brief recap, starting off with the first movie, Pacific Rim. But first Jaeger means hunter in German, and Kaiju is Japanese for monster. Also this is only the movies and show so not every single one of them
First we have the first jaeger shown in the film, Gipsy Danger, a mark 3 jaeger who is introduced when a type 3 kaiju appears near alaska codenamed knifehead. Gipsy weapons are a plasma cannon and a sword. Its kill count is 9, of which 3 of them are not seen but 6 of them are. Those being, Leather-back, Otachi, Knifehead, e.t.c. and one of the main pilots were able to solo pilot this jaeger after Knifehead killed the right hemisphere pilot. This jaeger also closed the breach using a nuclear explosion.
Gipsy danger a mark 3 jaeger who held one of the only pilots to have solo-piloted
This is striker eureka, the only mark 5 jaeger in the first Pacific RimĀ
Next we have the, āfirst and last mark 5 jaeger,ā Striker Eureka. Strikerās weapons are blades that can fold 180 degrees to form swords and its torso can open to form anti kaiju torpedo launchers.
It has a similar kill count to gipsy danger, with around nine kaiju killed.
Next we are doing a mark one jaeger Coyote Tango. Their weapons were two cannons on its shoulders and it was the jaeger that rescued mako, (the new pilot of gipsy danger) and the head chief was one of its pilots and was the only other human who solo pilotedĀ a jaeger other than the pilot of gipsy danger.
this isĀ coyote tango one of the mark one jaegers and the head chief in the first movie was actually one if its pilots and the only other person who solo piloted a jaeger but this led to the fact that just getting into to a jaeger could kill him
this is cherno alpha one of the other mark one jaegers
Next we have Cherno Alpha, another mark 1 jaeger that is from Russia. It was an old brawler that fell to Oratchi and Leatherback. As you can see it has huge thick hands for punching kaiju.
Last for this movie we have Crimson Typhoon which is one of the two jaegers piloted by three people and its pilots are triplets and it is known for its thundercloud formation also it was killed by Leatherback and Otachi.
