We all know that there are 4 seasons in the year but the question is, which one is the best? Well I know that fall is the best and if you don't believe it, trust me. You will at the end of this article.
First off fall as the perfect weather, it's never too hot or too cold! The average fall temperature for the United States hovers around 70 degrees. Most of the time the outdoors has a very nice breeze as well. Scientific American says that the average human liking for outdoor weather is around 70 degrees which is perfect for fall.
Secondly fall is one of the most visually pleasing seasons AKA pretty. It is pretty because of all of the colorful leaves falling everywhere with the amazing colors of orange, red and brown. Also imagine all the stuff you can do with the colorful leaves you can rake them up and jump in the piles. Also another thing is the amazing sound of the dead leaf when you step on it and it crunches dissolving under your feet.
And thirdly, Fall is when the country is the most festive. It has so many activities that you can participate in. For one it has Halloween which the entire United States celebrates on October 31st in which you can get candy from your fellow neighbors. There are also many festivals during this time, just like the one in our hometown of Ellettsville called the fall festival which includes games, food and a giant parade on the Friday of the fall festival. According to travel triangle, October, which is the most known month in fall, is when the country is at its most festive and brightest behavior.
I asked some EJHS students what they thought was the best season. Monkey love fall- Cooper Myers. Overall I think the best season is fall because of the festivities, beautiful colors and amazing temperatures and if you don't agree with me by now then I don't know what will change your mind.
