There are a lot of places that you can visit on your holidays or break from work/school. A lot of them are very nice and those are the ones we’re going to talk about. We’re doing the top 10 best places to visit on your vacations. This ranges from beaches, to theme parks, to enormous mountains, these are some great places to visit on your holidays.
Hawaii
Hawaii is a very popular place to go to on vacation in the U.S. Many people have gone there over breaks and have positive reviews of it. Hawaii is a beautiful place to go to, and has a giant mountain that is 13,802ft tall, and is called Mauna Kea. The view from the mountain is filled with beauty. The most popular place to visit in Hawaii, is the island of Oahu, and holds the state capital Honolulu.

Austin, TX
Texas
Texas is another popular place to visit in the U.S. This article isn’t just going to be all about the U.S. though. There will be more places around the world that we can take a look at. The capital of Texas is Austin, and it is a very nice place. Although it gets quite hot in the summer, Texas makes up about 7% of the US’s land size, and that is quite big considering Indiana makes up only 0.94% of the US. Texas does have impressive feats, and is good for people who travel a lot. You can go from the cold peaks of Asia to the hot deserts of the Sahara’s, and the Corn fields of Ohio.
London
London is a popular place to visit in the U.K. and it is and it is home to many attractions including the Tower of London, the London Eye, Buckingham Palace and it is the largest metropolis in the UK. There is also another tower called “Big Ben,” but it stopped chiming on August 21st, 2017. Since then, it has never made a sound.

Florida
Florida is located in the Southern U.S.A and is one of the most popular vacation spots in the U.S. Since it is home to many things such as Disney World in Orlando, Florida is a hot spot for tourists from all around the world. Plus, Florida is the ONLY place in the world that has both Crocodiles AND Alligators. It is also home to the Everglades National Park, which is decreasing at a rapid rate due to a large python infestation.
Dubai
Dubai is a wondrous place, and holds the record for the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa. The Burj Khalifa is 2,722ft tall, or 828 meters. The view from the top of the building is a bucket list thing to-do and it is amazing. Some people get the opportunity to even climb this beast! It can be scary though, as some people have a fear of heights. Not the window washers though, they go through the 24,348 windows one by one with a crew of people. It takes about 3 months to clean all of them.
