In the beginning of the show one girl is in the middle of the tarp with a taiko drum. Everyone else has their backs facing the audience. In pairs of two people go around the girl getting in their positions. Once everyone is in their positions they face the audience and hit their sticks together. Then they start doing cool choreography. They start right away playing some Japanese folk music. The people doing the choreography get their drums and start playing with the other people. Then two people who play the marimba play their solo. They continue to play Japanese folk music. They form a circle and finish the Japanese folk music. Then they start playing Enemy by Imagine Dragons. After they play Enemy they end the show by playing Unstoppable by Sia.
Here are some Quotes from Mr. Koehler and some EJHS students who play in the concert.
“I think it is a great show.”- Ben Welch
“I think it is going to be a really good show just like last year's and I really like the beginning because it is the obi wan kenobi voice changer. “- Mr. Koehler
