Life can be overwhelming, anxiety invoking, and stressful at times. You might feel scared, confused, angry, alone, grateful, or completely calm. You may feel many things throughout the day(s) or all at once. Your feelings are normal. Sometimes we all need a healthy escape. This Virtual Calming Room was inspired by School Counselors and School Social Workers across the United States to help students, families, and staff to find tools and strategies to positively manage their emotions and feelings, along with building their resilience.
