Kathy Snyder has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Exhortations, Inc. since its inception in November 2008. More than 35 years experience managing Ray Snyder’s professional collaboration with 125,000 managers in 10 nations has more than prepared her for the task of managing day-to-day operations and to also provide the visionary momentum behind Exhortations.

A 1977 graduate of Charleston Southern University, Kathy started two thriving small businesses and served as the CFO of three 501(C)(3) organizations, often managing more than million dollar budgets. She is a master of performance systems hosted by Wiley Publishing, Inc. and Consulting Psychologists Press.

Being a wife, mother of two adult daughters, and grandmother to six children are the most important roles in her life. She is a Titus 2 Mentor to "MOPS - Mothers of Preschoolers" every year, and graduated her fourth group in 2019.

Ray Snyder, Principal Consultant for Exhortations, Inc., is a lifetime resident of Charleston, SC. He served as a Senior Consulting Partner with The Ken Blanchard Companies for more than two decades.

Moving in 2003 from airports and hotels back to his roots in Charleston, he is a Professor of Business and Management at Trident Technical College, where he is the lead designer for the Introduction to Business and Managerial Communications courses for more than a thousand students. Ray was selected as the 2019 Educator of the Year for the Southern United States by the Association of Community College Trustees.

He earned his MBA at Charleston Southern University and served as an officer in the US Air Force and the US Army Reserve. His leadership training and experience provides Ray with not only the knowledge and skills to be an effective leader, but with the wisdom to guide others on their path to reach beyond success toward significance.

Ray’s personal beliefs and values are prerequisites to his calm yet confident servant leadership. Primary roles of husband, father, grandfather, professor, and coach are coupled with Radical Mentoring, a process in which he mentors men every year as they learn to be Godly husbands, fathers, and servant leaders. He is mentoring his 56th man in his 7th RM group in 2020.
