All Rangeley students must pass three years of high school social studies to graduate. All students take Humanities I, II, and American History and Government. Students with strong critical thinking skills or an interest in law, political science, and the economic fields are encouraged to take Honors and Advanced Placement Courses. Additional social studies elective courses offered are AP Seminar, Participation in Civics and Government, and Economics, The Enterprise System, and Finance.
