After Covid shut down our original event back in March of 2020, we are ready to have some fun! This is the perfect event to enjoy with your friends, family, and co-workers. Doors open at 5:45pm and bingo will start promptly at 6:45pm. Seating is on a first come first serve basis. If you would like to sit with specific people, please arrive together. Pick your seats, unpack the yummy goodies you brought with you, then take a stroll around the place. This event is a bring your own beverage and food event! We will have a tricky tray raffle, a Special Prize raffle, and a 50/50! We accept cash to purchase tickets for our raffles.
You will find our registration table when you enter the building. If you bought more than one ticket, we ask that you arrive with your party together. Upon entry, you will receive your bingo sets, dauber & your door prize ticket (if you registered by November 19th).
Additional designer & other items will be raffled off after bingo. Tickets will be available for purchase at the event. Please check back for more information and ticket pricing!
If you register by November 19th, you will receive 1 door prize ticket. Door prizes will be announced after almost all games of bingo. These will not be sold the night of the event. Be sure to register early!
This luxury tote and wallet set is the perfect over night tote! Tickets may be purchased in advance or the night of the event. $5 per ticket. You do not need to be present to enter the raffle. Include your name, email address, phone number, and number of tickets with payment.
We look forward to this being a fun night, but we want to ensure everyone's safety. We are requiring masks to be worn properly upon entry and while walking about inside the event- this includes registration, walking, restrooms, and socializing throughout the venue. Once the event begins and you are seated at your table, you may remove your mask when you are eating and drinking. Please be respectful of other patrons who have different social comfort levels. If you are not feeling well or have come in contact with a known Covid case, please remain home for the safety of others and you will be refunded. Please note that if guidelines change, we will follow what the state mandates and will keep you updated.
Unfortunately in the game of Bingo, ties do happen. In the event a tie happens, a cash prize in the value of the price paid for the bag will be split amongst the winners. This means we will have extra bags at the end of the night! If a tie occurs, you will be able to purchase an "extra bag" ticket to win the bag from the tie game. Pricing for these tickets will be 1 for $10 or 3 for $20.
