What is A Healthier Weigh?
A Healthier Weigh is a 12-week fitness program to start your year off right! You will complete 5+ nutrition and health lessons online, receive a free In-Body scan to give you a breakdown of your muscle, fat, and bone mass, and are eligible to win cash prizes!
Former participants have said "Love This! I'd do it year-long!" and "I liked it! Get more people signed up."
To access lessons, turn in steps, chat with other participants, or find some motivation, hover your mouse over the "Home" button at the top right hand corner and select which page you would live to view.
