I know the feeling of lacking the confidence to make your own decisions, especially that "lost" feeling after university. I spent years following others to my own detriment, realising I had lost my self-esteem and my self-love along the way. I was fearful, but I knew I had to work on myself to become the woman I wanted to be. Coaching didn't just change my career; it helped me discover Rainha Ana.

Olá, I’m Ana

I’m a coach in my 30s with a simple mission: helping you find your path to professional and personal success. Having worked in Higher Education for years, I’ve seen firsthand the unique hurdles young adults face at the start of their careers. Helping you navigate that transition is what brings me the greatest joy.

I’ve Been the "Only One" in the Room

My journey hasn't been a straight line. It has been full of doubt, insecurity, and anxiety. I know what it feels like to sit in rooms where you are the only young, Black, non-British woman; rooms where your voice is silenced and your opinion feels like it doesn't matter.

I survived the "quarter-life crisis" by turning my challenges into my throne. If I can help you reach your goals without you having to endure half of what I went through, I will be a happy Rainha forever.

The Pressure to be the "Perfect Girl"

For a long time, I was the pride of my family, the "perfect" student. But inside, I was unhappy and frustrated. I felt the heavy weight of society and culture pressuring me to be someone I wasn't. I was lost and anxious until I realised that to be a Queen, I had to build my own throne.

I had to do the hard work: cleaning my life of people who didn't serve me and investing deeply in my own growth. That path transformed me.

The Rollercoaster to the Top

Is the journey easy? Honestly, no. It can be lonely and challenging. Change forces you to leave your comfort zone, and that brings fear. It’s a rollercoaster.

BUT GIRL! Once you hit rock bottom, the only way left to go is up.
