ABOUT THE COURSE Mr. Clark's Introduction to Law course (formerly titled Constitutional Law) will guide students in developing a deeper and more meaningful understanding of the American judicial system and the constitutional foundations of American democracy. Students will explore openly, discuss honestly, and engage meaningfully with legal and historical materials and topics that encourage personal reflection so that each student may come to their own understanding and viewpoints. Above all, this course will help develop and refine the skills and habits necessary to succeed in school, at work, and in life. An additional emphasis on civic participation and civil liberties will be included in the absence of a civics course at RHS.
