Birth Preparation Consultation (60 minutes)  - $160

Suitable to book from 34 weeks. This consultation is great to discuss birth preparation such as risk factors, overall coordination, understanding your body, learning essential strategies and the role of the pelvic floor during birth. We also take various measurements to help determine your risks, and teach perineal massage, exercises and stretches as indicated. Multiple visits may be recommended to achieve optimal outcomes.

Initial Appointment (60 minutes) - $160

This appointment is for anyone with PELVIC FLOOR concerns of ANY type (e.g. prolapse, pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, complex post birth concerns etc. When making the booking, please give a description about what you are coming in for in the comments section.

Musculoskeletal Initial Appointment (60 minutes) - $160

This appointment is suitable for women experiencing pelvic girdle pain, back pain, sciatica, De Quervain's tenosynovitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, or other pregnancy related musculoskeletal issues. When making the booking, please give a description about what you are coming in for in the comments section.

Postpartum Check (60 minutes) - $160

A standard postnatal check from 6 weeks for those who would like a pelvic floor and abdominal muscle assessment. This includes if you experienced intervention or difficulties during birth such as extended pushing stage (>1.5hours), episiotomy, forceps, vacuum, OASI, and/or have any vaginal heaviness or bladder/bowel symptoms. Please note, if you have specific concerns you may attend before 6 weeks however, we can't complete an internal examination.

Follow-up Appointment (30 mins) - $120

For existing clients to our clinic only. Standard follow up consultations will be 30 minutes unless advised otherwise in your initial consultation.

Pessary - $70 (excluding appointment fee)

Only book this category if you have had an initial at our clinic, and have agreed to a pessary fitting.

Telehealth Birth Preparation Consultation (60 mins) - $160

Perfect for those who are unable to make it for an in-person consultation. This is a telehealth consultation to discuss birth preparation such as risk factors, overall coordination, understanding your body, learning essential strategies and the role of the pelvic floor during birth.
