Reading (AR)

Children should be reading for at least 25 minutes every day.

Spellings

We will be using Spelling shed to learn our spellings.

Children will be set words that link to the National Curriculum and will focus on a specific skill or spelling rule.

Pupils should also practise the statutory spelling words for year 5 and 6.

Freckle is used to accompany the Maths being taught in class each week and the tasks set will be to help cement the children's understanding or push them further.
