Below are some Mindfulness resources that your child can use independently. They may not be able to finish the videos at first, but after taking time to do this once a day, they will soon get better at it.

Below are some Mindfulness resources which your child can use independently. Encourage them to sit comfortably in a quiet room. If they are unable to complete the whole session at first, start with 5 minutes and slowly increase each day.
