NCAA Trancript Requirements

• High school students who are considering playing sports at an NCAA school in college must complete several steps required by the NCAA. 

• See our Athletics in College webpage for details.

• As part of the NCAA Eligiblity Process, high school students must send their high school transcripts to the NCAA Eligibilty Center.  

• You may be have to upload transcripts to your NCAA Portal multiple times during the NCAA eligibility process.  process

  • First when creating your NCAA account

  • After declaring your college

  • Any time the NCAA or college requests a new transcript to be uploaded through NCAA

Instructions for Sending Transcripts to NCAA 

1. Set up your NCAA Eligibility Account.

2. Follow the instructions for sending your WSCA transcript through Parchment.

3. When requesting transcripts you to include your your NCAA number in the Application ID. 

4. NCAA- In Parchment, choose the NCAA Eligibility Center as the recipient.
