Educational Talent Search (ETS) is an educational outreach program designed to identify qualified youths with potential for education at the post-secondary level and to encourage such youths to complete secondary school and to undertake a program of post-secondary education.
Educational Talent Search is 100 percent federally funded by the U.S. Department of Education; therefore, services are provided at NO COST to the student. General eligibility requirements include meeting income guidelines and/or being the first in the family to graduate with a four year degree. Selected other students are also encouraged to apply.
The Upward Bound Program provides Federal grants to projects designed to generate in program participants the skills and motivation necessary to complete a program of secondary education and to enter and succeed in a program of post-secondary education.
Our mission is to assist students in preparing for college academically as well as socially. Our primary goal, is to provide a nurturing environment, is to make certain that each and every student receives the proper academic and social skills training and development necessary to succeed in high school and college.
