Secondary Math Teacher

I love Quilcene High School!  As a teacher who has been teaching at Quilcene since 1997 (more than 27 years if you do the math!), I now have the privilege of teaching children of my former students who I proudly call my “grandstudents!”

I am a National Board Certified Teacher with a Bachelors degree in Mathematics and Chemistry Education and a Masters degree in Natural Science Education from Western Washington University, and a Masters degree in Mathematics 

Education from Central Washington University.

My wife, Erika, works for the Quilcene school district as a PEARL teacher.   We have five beautiful children that we adore.  When outside the natural habitat of my classroom, I enjoy traveling and spending time with family.
