As the Business Performance Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and driving the operational and financial performance of Farmers Choice. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is designed for a results-oriented professional with a strong background in finance, business operations, and data analysis.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met across the business, providing actionable insights and driving improvements in efficiency, profitability, and sustainability. With a hands-on approach, you will collaborate with various department heads to align strategic initiatives with organizational goals, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial oversight, business process optimization, and a passion for delivering measurable results. A background in audit or finance, ideally from a Big 4 consulting firm, will provide a solid foundation for success in this role.
You will serve as an extension of the CEO, providing critical support in executing the company’s strategic and operational priorities. With unfettered access to the CEO’s decisions, information, and thought processes, you will develop a deep understanding of organizational strategy and learn to think and act like a CEO. Over time, you’ll take on initiatives that free up the CEO’s bandwidth, enabling you to focus on high-impact tasks while contributing to the company’s success.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, is deeply organized, and has a sharp eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a finance team, coupled with an audit background, ideally from one of the Big 4 consulting firms. You will leverage your financial expertise to analyze data, provide insights, and drive informed decision-making across the organization.
