Key Responsibilities
Performance Monitoring and Analysis (25%)
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time performance insights to the CEO and leadership team.
Identify areas of underperformance and collaborate with teams to design and implement improvement plans.
Financial Oversight and Reporting (20%)
Review and interpret financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Partner with the finance team to ensure strong internal controls and compliance with financial regulations.
Leverage audit and financial expertise to provide insights into cost management, revenue growth, and profitability.
Strategic Initiative Support (20%)
Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution.
Provide data-driven recommendations for new projects, investments, and operational improvements.
Lead short-term projects and initiatives to address critical business needs.
Project Incubation and Development (15%)
Support the incubation and development of new projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Conduct feasibility studies, market analyses, and financial modeling for proposed initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and provide updates to the CEO and leadership team, ensuring timely intervention if challenges arise.
Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement (10%)
Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Implement best practices and frameworks to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Collaborate with department heads to standardize procedures and eliminate inefficiencies.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement (10%)
Act as a key liaison between the CEO’s office and department heads, ensuring alignment on performance goals and strategic initiatives.
Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across teams.
Engage with external stakeholders, including auditors and consultants, to ensure business compliance and optimization.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in business performance, finance, or operations, with a proven track record of delivering results.
Strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting, with an audit background preferred (Big 4 experience is a plus).
Demonstrated success in optimizing business processes and driving organizational efficiency.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Advanced degree or professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are highly preferred.
