PBIS stands for Positive Behavior Intervention and Support. At El Dorado, we establish an inviting climate and culture while explicitly teaching school-wide expectations and behavior management with positive reinforcement through relationship building. The goal of this system is to make connections with students and positively engage in behavior reinforcement. 

We know the best way to teach students is through connecting and building positive relationships, and when given the opportunity, students often rise to exceed our expectations. That's what makes El Dorado High School the greatest school on earth!
