Teachers explicitly teach our three expectations (kind, responsible, leaders) in their classes at the beginning of every year. Teachers reinforce these expectations by using the language in class throughout the year, and recognizing and acknowledging students who exhibit these behaviors. Students are provided with a copy of our school-wide expectations and have access to posters in all classes as consistent reminders of our expectations.
