How are we implementing PBIS at our school at Tier 1?
The PBIS team used the Tiered Fidelity Inventory survey (TFI) to assess our progress biannually. We are currently implementing Tier 1 strategies at 77%. Our team meets monthly and uses discipline data from each quarter to drive our school-wide decisions. We reflect on problems and solutions in an ever-changing climate and will continue the implementation of Tier 1 strategies into the 2024 school year.

What is our plan?
Moving forward into the 2023-24 and 2024-25 school year, we will continue to clarify how teachers can acknowledge student behavior expectations and make a clear path for teaching our expectations. We will also review data at every PBIS meeting and include data review in a quarterly newsletter sent by the administration. We will continue to solidify our Tier 1 teaching process for new and returning staff members.
