Below are some general guidelines for making sure the equipment is used successfully:

  • Use screen wipes when cleaning the screens or surfaces of the equipment.
  • Make sure the charging cables and other cords are not bent too much as it can break the cord near the inputs.
  • Put all equipment back in the designated pockets when done, making sure that all the equipment has been collected and nothing is missing.
  • All devices should be completely powered off before putting them back in the case. Devices that are left on can overheat and drain the battery.
  • Do not move apps around on the phones or reconfigure the settings. This can make it difficult for the devices to be used efficiently during a lesson.
  • Remind students that the more they care for the equipment, the longer it will be there for them to use!
