You can reduce your out of pocket expenses by using a Participating Dentist.  PVFT Welfare Trust Fund has partnered with Anthem Dental to provide nationwide coverage to its members.   

Anthem IS NOT YOUR PROVIDER. PVFT Welfare Trust Fund is your provider. 

You can check for providers by logging into your Member portal at asonet.com and utilizing the dental provider search. 

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR IN-NETWORK PROVIDERS, PLEASE REMEMBER TO VERIFY THAT THE DENTIST YOU ARE USING TAKES OUR INSURANCE BY CALLING THE DENTIST OFFICE.
