In 1871, William Russell Frisbie had a very successful bakery in the 1920s. The bakery was near Yale University, and the students figured out the pie tins could be thrown. Frisbee was created. Now, the Frisbee is one of the most popular sports to play in the world. An organization called the World Flying Disc Association has branches in 84 countries! This game is competitive but also shows good sportsmanship.
It is very important to always stay fit. That is why we created this video to help. This video will show and explain how to stay fit over any period of time. There is another video under SRTMS soccer that tells you how to play soccer.

🏀Some awesome plays from March Madness along with an overview of the tournament!🏀
It's March, and that means that March Madness is starting. Duke, Florida, Auburn, and Houston are the top-seeded teams when they entered March Madness.
Duke freshman sensation Cooper Flagg was out with an injury but was expected to return in the tournament's first round. He had an amazing season, averaging 19 points per game, and led the Blue Devils into the tournament.
During this season of March Madness expectations were high for some top teams, and the whole tournament was on the line for these teams each and every game during this season of March Madness. There were highlight dunks, amazing performances, and unexpected upsets.
Round 1 and 2:
The biggest games from the first 2 rounds of the tournament, included Duke's 93-49 first round win over Mount St.Mary's, Florida's 95-69 first round win over Norfolk St., and Arkansas' 75-66 upset win over number 2 ranked St.Johns in round 2. Round 1 and 2 were both important parts of the tournament that decided if these teams would make it to the second round, and left half of the qualifying teams eliminated from the tournament.
Round 3 and 4:
During the last two rounds of the tournament, some intense games were played, including the one-seed Duke against Arizona and the Florida Gators against Maryland. Other sought-after games are the final four games leading up to the NCAA Championship, where the top teams play against each other to be crowned the NCAA Champions.
Final 4:
This year's final four included all of the #1 ranked teams coming into the tournament who battled it out in the semifinal rounds of the tournament. The final four games are Auburn versus Florida, and Duke versus Houston. The winners of these games played it out in the NCAA championship on Monday, April 7th to be crowned the best team in college basketball. The outcomes of these games concluded Florida and Houston facing off in the championship game. With Florida beating Auburn, and Houston beating Duke in a close game coming to a last second shootoff.
NCAA Championship:
During the 2025 NCAA championship which took place on April 7th, 2025 Florida beat Houston 65-63 to cement themselves as the best team in college basketball. This was a tight game coming down to only a 2 point victory for the Florida Gators🐊. This year was also only the second year in NCAA history to have all four number 1 seeds (Florida, Duke, Houston, and Auburn) make it to the final four round of the tournament!
