Athletes will attend, at minimum, ninety (90) percent of practices during the official season
This translates to a maximum of four (4) allowable absences

We prioritize the process of the sport over outcomes, outcomes are important and we will seek positive results with vigor. Though our main focus will always be how we get there. Proper nutrition, proper sleep and proper outlooks, all come before racing or training.
